Lucozade is a global brand who provide energising sports drinks. They are well known for their collaborations with and sponsorship of major sporting events, teams and athletes.

The Challenge

Lucozade wanted to mark the merging of several of their marketing divisions into one collaborative team, with a dedicated two day team building event. Lucozade asked Brandwave to come up with several team building solutions, placing an emphasis on engaging, challenging and pushing the group to their limits whilst focusing on group cohesion within action sports.

The Result

Brandwave put together a fully integrated event, allowing the Lucozade team to make the most of their action-packed schedule. At the first activity centre all the team contributed to solving complex problems with a great group effort of collaborative thinking and co-operation, they encouraged each other to tackle various activities such as high ropes.At the end of day one the team spent the rest of the day at a 17th century farmhouse with a ‘play barn’ for entertainment. The next day was spent at West Wittering beach playing volleyball, windsurfing, paddle boarding and afterwards prizes were awarded for the stand out moments during the trip.

Working with Brandwave was really easy for us. They understood the concept behind our wetsuit range and the strategy we had to market them straight away and they were able to create a concept that really captured the message we wanted to explain in a simple and revolutionary way. They also did a great job adjusting the proposal to our needs in terms of production and investment so that we could get the most out of it.
