Lifemarque is a group of brands that create high-quality products for the outdoors. From travel, first aid and adventure proof gear for little ones, Lifemarque have a range for all outdoors needs.

The Challenge

Lifemarque previously had x4 separate sites built in Expression Engine. They approached Brandwave to give the design of all the sites a refresh, to bring them in-line with modern web design and to improve the customers online shopping experience, as well as provide a better platform solution for being able to manage and maintain the sites more easily.

The new platform needed to maintain key components of the existing sites such as the simple checkout process, multi-region shipping and SEO features.

As well as this, the new solution needed to deliver against key new key areas of e-commerce functionality to ensure ongoing improvement in sales from the website.

The Result

We worked closely with Lifemarque during a scoping phase to fully understand and provide technical solutions for all of their requirements. This resulted in customising a theme in a Drupal multi-site platform which included new features such as:
