Emma Cox

General Manager

As General Manager Emma is responsible for the day-to-day running of the UK branch of Brandwave. This includes setting of company policies, processes, procedures and systems and also overseeing operations and projects. Emma is also an account director delivering marketing strategy and projects for some of the biggest brands in the industry.

It doesn’t stop there as a mother of two small children Emma spends increasing amount of weekend’s at her son’s football practice or matches and horse riding with her daughter.  Affectionally known in the team as ‘Mamma Bear’, it’s fallen to Emma to look after the whole team from a motherly perspective. This includes medical supplies, advice and excessive amounts of home made cake, Emma’s Gin & Tonic cake is somewhat legendary around these parts. Emma comes from a long family history of commercial fisherman, was raised by the sea, and feels most at home on the beach or water.

Emma is a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager with over seven years experience in both project management and business analysis. With a background in IT and a qualification in ITIL Emma is a process and procedure ninja. In short there isn’t much getting past Emma.
